How I bring in leads in 2022 (Lead Generation Strategies)

In order to get more sales, you first need to have leads! Here are ALL the ways I'm bringing in leads for 2022 🙌

Bringing in consistent sales leads is the most important thing that you need to do in your business. This ultimately leads to clients and sales. In this video, I peel back the curtain and share with you all the different ways that I bring in leads to my business. This will give you a bunch of ideas and strategies that you can use, as well. Diversifying

I do believe in diversifying your lead-generation strategy, but you definitely do not need to do all of these. You can pick and choose your favorites. I would also highly recommend repurposing your content as much as possible. This will multiply your sales leads, so I will go through that more.

Youtube ▶️

The first sales leads generator is very meta, because it is this YouTube channel right here. This is a huge asset for my online business, and brings in tons of leads on a recurring basis. The main reason is because the content is long lasting. I’ll post a video once, but because I will use the right keywords and SEO strategy, that video will rank. Therefore, my ideal client will continue to find that video for years to come 📆. If you've been thinking about starting a YouTube channel, ✨this is your sign✨. There are people right now on YouTube searching for what it is that you do so you can go and get in front of them. 🙃

Then, I take that YouTube video and add it to my website blog. I will create a transcript of what I've said in that YouTube video, and then that's also another channel where people can find me. Not necessarily YouTube, but when they type into Google, I will still pop up. If you are reading this right now, that means it worked! 🤯

Instagram 📸

The next strategy I use is Instagram. Instagram can be more difficult to build visibility, but I still use it. I find it really beneficial for getting to know my audience better (and properly nurturing them). Then, I know I am providing tons of value to those leads before I actually sell to them. It doesn't mean that you can't bring in leads this way, you definitely can! Especially if you use something like reels, then you can certainly get in front of lots of people. Pinterest

The next tool for sales leads that I use is Pinterest. Pinterest is not a social media site, it’s more of a search engine. It's really great for repurposing any content that you create. For each YouTube video that I create, I place it on my website, and then I give it a graphic that could be shared on Pinterest. All you need to leverage Pinterest, is create a graphic that links back to your content! Crazy easy! 🏅 Also, those reels that you're creating: you can upload those to Pinterest to increase your visibility as well. Of course there's more to it, but Pinterest can really drive a lot of traffic. Consider learning more about it! 📚

Ads

That is the free content marketing side, but then we're also using Pinterest ads for sales leads.

Let's talk ads for a second. 🤔  If your business is not bringing in the number of leads that you want per month, then maybe it's time for you to invest in advertising!  This will ensure that you hit that number every single month. I for one, wouldn’t want to only be relying on my organic marketing efforts. I like having ads out there, so that I know that a guaranteed amount of leads are coming in. Of course, the only downside is that I have to pay for them. 💸 If you have the right systems in place, then eventually a portion of those leads will turn into customers. You will make that investment back.

Continuing with advertising, the next strategy we use is Facebook and Instagram ads. These have definitely gotten more difficult in recent years, but they still work. Check out all of the resources that my Facebook ads coach, 👑Jessica Tutton👑 shares. Here is her YouTube and Instagram.

Referrals 🥹

The next sales leads strategy is referrals. This is SO effective.

There's a few different ways that you can do this. One thing that we do, is we have an affiliate program for all of my online courses. This means that if someone becomes a student and loves that course, they can share it out with others and they will actually receive a commission for doing the share. They're incentivized even more than just being a happy customer 🤗. They share it out, and we get to reward them for doing so: it’s a real win-win situation. It also brings in tons of new leads in sales, so you could try something like that.

You could also do something more informal, where you could just have a referral program. You just reach out to any of your past clients, and let them know that you have some sort referral bonus. If they send someone your way, you will give them a commission or gift card, or some extra service that you offer. There's tons of different ways that you can structure a referral program, but word of mouth is one of the most important and effective forms of marketing. If you can ensure that's happening in your business, you will see a lot of results from it. 📈

Partnerships

That brings us, finally, to partnerships. These can be any form of collaboration, but basically you don't just want your lead generation to be solely reliant on you. Think about it: your biz-besties and anyone in your industry are also trying to build their audiences. Why don't you partner up and help one another do the same? I actually have a really cool system that I call Profitable Partnerships.

Here's how it works: I will tell the partner that we will share the revenue that comes in, and also that I will handle all of the tech and make it as easy as possible for them to partner with me. I'll give them swipe copy of all of the emails, social media graphics, whatever I can do to make this as simple as possible for the partner. Then we host a workshop together, and it brings in tons of new leads in sales to my business! That's not where it ends, though. What you then want to do, is take this workshop recording that you've just created, and turn it into an automated sales funnel. This way, that partner then has a reason to drive traffic back to your business for literally years to come.

As you know, I'm all about working smarter, not harder 🔨. I want anything that you put effort into to really benefit you long term. Honorable Mentions

Those are the key ways that I bring in leads to my business. Of course, there are other strategies as well. Another that I want to point out TikTok. TikTok is helping people get so much more visibility than they could before, and ultimately bring in leads into their business and also a really cool.

There is also a great site called HARO. This is one where you can actually pitch yourself for articles that are being written in your niche, and therefore create a backlink back to your website and creating that flow of traffic back to your business.
