Welcome back to my channel! πŸŽ‰ In today's video, I thought it would be fun to share with you what's on my iPhone (business owner edition). These are all apps that are going to help you run your business more efficiently (or just make your photos look better πŸ€³). Make sure that you stay until the end, because I do have a special announcement as well! If you are new here, Hi, I'm Louise. πŸ‘‹ Here on this channel, I talk all about building an online business. If that is something you are doing, definitely hit subscribe down below.

Asana

The first app that I want to mention is one of the most important tools that I use as a business owner. It keeps my entire life and business organized. If you've seen any of my other videos before, then you know exactly which one I'm talking about. That is Asana β€οΈ. I am absolutely obsessed with this tool. It is a project management system, and their accompanying app is fantastic. You always have your to-do list and all of your business systems right there on your phone. I primarily use this for keeping on top of my to-do list. The β€œMy Task” calendar view is great, so that I can see an overview of the month and my specific tasks for that day. It also gets use on the go for dropping in any ideas that I might have.

I highly recommend using a project management system to every business owner I know. It doesn't have to be Asana, but some form of digital planning system is going to be a game changer in your life.

I am

The second one I love is called I am, and this is going to give you a positive affirmation to your phone every single day. I love this! It's just that little pick me up that can really brighten up your day. β˜€οΈ

Podcasts πŸ“‘

The next one is the Apple Podcasts app. I am always listening to podcasts on the go. If you are a business owner and haven't gotten into podcasts yet, I would highly recommend giving it a try. It is so convenient to be able to go for a walk or just be working around the house and still be able to learn and get inspired. Plus, a lot of business owner podcasts really go in-depth on the subject. I find it's always worth my time, and I walk away with some really tangible strategies that I can implement.

Pinterest πŸ“Œ

The next one I want to mention is Pinterest. This is just really great for finding inspiration. Whether you want to come up with content ideas or maybe you want some brand inspiration, go to Pinterest and just unlock a whole world of creativity.

Plann

Next, I want to give a shout out to Plann. This is what I use to schedule out all of my Instagram and Facebook posts. As a business owner, it feels so great whenever I am actually ahead of schedule when it comes to content. Definitely give this tool a try, so that you can do that as well.

Tezza

Next is Tezza. This is such a helpful app. This is going to allow you to edit all of your photos and videos, and really just take them to another level. Sometimes I'll take a video, but the lighting is off and it's not looking so great. I bring it into Tezza and it totally transforms. Give this one a try. It's lots of different filters, but it's better than what you would get on Instagram. You can also go into the specific editing options for each photo and really control how it looks. Huge, huge fan of Tezza and have used it a lot.

InShot

Next is InShot. This is a really powerful tool for editing videos, right on your phone. As an online business owner, I love it. It's super easy to use, and there's a lot that you can do with it. InShot is what I use for editing any type of reel or TikTok. I find this much easier than the editor within TikTok or Instagram. I prefer to bring everything into InShot.

Facetune

The next app for the online business owner is Facetune. I'm not using it in the way that you might think. I use this one anytime that I need to edit out ugly objects in the backgrounds of photos. If you find that that is happening for you, you can just simply pull it into Facetune and you can edit that out.

Basics and Social

I also have a few basic ones: Google Docs for writing on the go, and Kindle for when I want to read on the go. Both of which I do use a lot. Of course, I do have some social apps on my phone. I have Instagram and TikTok; but as of now, I'm trying to spend as little time as possible on these apps as I can. It's so easy to get sucked in to endless scrolling, and it takes up a ton of your time. Instead, I'm trying to focus on creating content. Then I'm going in and posting, then engaging with my followers and running away. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Chatra

Two more apps that might be helpful for any business owner in growing your business: the first one is Chatra. This is a live chat app, and it allows us to have conversations with any of our potential customers on our website. Also, any of our sales pages. I love that it is an app (not just a desktop app), because I can catch these conversations on the go as well. Having this tool really has increased our sales, probably the most out of this entire list. πŸ’°

Foca

The second one is Foca, which is used for Pomodoro sessions (this is where you set a timer). Usually I will do 25 minutes, and this is going to be a focused time of work. You set the timer and you're working against the clock. Then after that, you take a short break. Having the timer really does make such a difference. Give this one a try! I use it primarily when it's a task that I don't really want to do, then I will just put on a Pomodoro session and try and get it done in that time. Generally, it does work.

Announcement! πŸ₯³

Now for the special announcement that I mentioned: my team and I have actually built our own app. I am so excited about this!!! We have created it to accompany our brand new 90-day program that is going to be released soon, and also an ongoing membership that we want to have to help people grow their businesses.

This app has been custom-designed so that we can make it even more fun and engaging for every online business owner. We've added elements like gamification so that you can earn points and rewards as you are going about building your business. We've added in motivation, our own Pomodoro sessions, specific groups where you can connect with people with the same goals as you, and so much more. As of now, I can tell you that there's a custom app, and I’m going to be sharing more details over the next few weeks as that we gear up for the launch of this program. That's what we've been doing behind the scenes.
