The first thing to do when you need help with Squarespace is to click here.

Most people don't know this, but yes, Squarespace does have live chat! Yay!! This means you can quickly & easily get help with Squarespace from someone on their team. This is huge and really helps you out when you're feeling stuck or if something isn’t functioning as it should.

Squarespace live chat is available from Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM-8:00 PM EST.
